is youtube's comment a dofollow or notfollow link?

Hi guys, if my comment on youtube's has a link to my website, is it counted as a backlink? And is it a dofollow link?
How can I know if this link is dofollow or notfollow link?

you do in fact get dofollow links for your videos, but not comments.
