Mostly company uptime 99.99% uptime website .

I agree @alpa, now all hosting companies provide 99% uptime. I rely on Scopehosts.com (https://www.scopehosts.com) for high uptime on Hosting services.

UptimeRobot looks at your site header's status codes every five minutes and if the code comes back with a problem, does further checks. Then, if there are still issues, it lets you know about it pronto.
