Just solve the issue and wait for it. You can check the issue in webmaster tools.

One of my client's wp site was outdated and got malware in it and hence the site lots its ranking and had the term harmful below it in the search engines.

I fixed the issue by removing the buggy code along with malware and after a few weeks it was all fine.
