What happens if there is no code " do follow" or " no follow" before my link in page code, is that considered as do follow or not?

if there is no code " no follow" is link. Link is do follow . Anyway you can check by SEO quake

you can use Firefox add ons to check do-follow & no-follow backlinks for your site.

If there is no no-follow code then it means it is a do-follow page which is good for SEO.
If you are using robots.txt, then remove it and submit sitemap again.
