1, Download wordpress.zip file and upload to public_html folder via FTP, or via cPanel file manager.
2, Extract the contents of wordpress.zip using cPanel file manager.
3, Create a new MySQL database and user.
4, Run the famous 5 minute WordPress installation.

As opposed to downloading wordpress from wordpress.org, you may want to install directly in your cpanel. Just find softaculous and then look for wordpress and take it from there.

step 1: Download the WordPress installation package
step 2: Upload the WordPress files to your server
step 3: Create a MySQL database for WordPress to use
step 4: Go through the installation process

Log in to your GoDaddy account.
Click Web Hosting.
