Both terms refers to number of backlinks pointing to your website. Trust flow includes Qualitative backlinks and Citation Flow includes all backlinks.

Citation Flow is a number of predicting how influential a URL might be based on how many sites link to it.
Trust Flow is a number predicting how trustworthy a page is based on how trustworthy sites tend to link to trustworthy neighbors

Trust flow refers to the number of trustworthy quality backlinks your site got. If a link pointing to your website is authoritative and qualitative, then your trust flow will increase.

Citation Flow refers to the number of backlinks your site got.

CF is Citation Flow TF is Trust Flow these metrics have been introduced since Google hid it's page rank algorithm (it's still there but we cannot see it) Trust flow measures the trust of links pointing at a web page web property or video, the higher the trust flow of a site linking to yours the better. Citation flow shows the links pointing at your url that either have low or no trust flow, ie they are not highly trusted link sources in Google's eyes. When looking at a domain or internal page of a domain (internal pages will always be lower) we look for a trust flow of 10 or above and a similar but lower Citation flow, this is ideal but not always possible, however a domain or url that shows no trust flow but a high citation flow is likely to have a lot of untrusted or spammy back links pointing at it. Ideally if you have a trust flow of 15 and a citation flow of 10 then you are looking at a powerful domain, if you find a trust flow of 30 or more then it's a powerhouse. PR or Page rank roughly equates to TF in that a TF of 30 is roughly equivalent to a page rank of 3 (PR3) and a PR3 site is better than most. Hope this helps explain things a little the same process applies to DA and PA (Domain authority and Page authority) both are measured in a 1 to 100 ratio where as Google Page rank was measured in 1 to 10 ratio so DA 100 = PR 10 and only Google Facebook and YouTube are DA 100 to my knowledge.
