I prefer Opencart, as Opencart will be best for you, it is very much user friendly and you will be able to install it without any technical help.

I've used Drupal more than any others. Primarily because it is open source and has a good support community.
Due to its popularity there are a lot of prebuilt modules available. It's also relatively easy to customize for non-standard business logic/processes.

If you ask me, I use magento commerce software for running my e-shop with hostwinds.com (http://www.hostwinds.com/) web host.
Up-time and reliability has been outstanding. Their servers are solid stable and never have a problem.

I have been running e-commerce site on OS commerce in Mexico at Digitalserver.com.mx (http://www.Digitalserver.com.mx) - Perfect e-hosting experience here!
Their control panels are easy to use and intuitive, as is their account and billing interface.
Very kind, easy to work with, and exceptional service and value. The perfect host!
