i have purchased a hosting plan of 1gb and they give me 100mail boxes . the space of 100 mail boxes is included in 1gb or not?

It depends on each vendor policy, but I believe it's included in 1GB.
usually that would be correct - you would get 1 GB of storage space. so that would be email, files, pages etc...

Ofcourse, Email space utilize your hosting space. but its depending on your that how much space will you provide each account. by the way which hosting did you use and what's the service quality?

That could be different from the company top the company. You'd better ask them about that directly

Usually the hosting space includes email,files,pages etc...so I think the space of email is included in 1GB.

As rule that is included. But you'd better ask your web hosting provider and specify that

Usually disk space will include email. But as serverpoint has suggested the only way to find out is to ask you're web host.

You may have an email hosting for free from eurodns if you reg a domain with them. That's attractive and may fit your needs well.
