Hell all !! help me about my blog !! My blog crawl by Google but not to index because when i put URL in google then it does not show Meta title only show site name .. my blog URL is : brisknews.com

Use Google Submit Tool to submit your URLs to Google.
This tool is from Google so it's the best tool to get URLs indexed

If it's crawl by Google, it means indexed also.

It is Indexed. Go to Google Search Box and type site:brisknews.com.

Use fetch as google tool in Google webmaster...because some it will take time to indexed pages by google. if you want to fast indexing so please help sitemap and use robots.txt.

If it's a new blog then Google will take some time to index your pages, you can also submit your website to Google manually.

2ways to get indexed via google.
1) Type google submit url and then paste your link in the same search box. It will get indexed at earliest
2) Trough Google Webmaster fetching and rendering

Once if gets indexed it will refect in site:domain.com in google search bar

But its you allow google to fetch on its own time, it will be more better
