No-follow links are good for website but it should be always much lover then you Do-follow link. like if you have 10 do-follow backlink then 1 to 2 No-follow link will acceptable by search engine other wise they will lose their value. because search engines give a much low priority to that type of link.

Well, i have analysed many websites so far. Many of them have 80% dofollow and 20% no-follow and they rank pretty well.

I also have seen websites having 20% dofollow links and 80% no follow and they also rank very well.

I personally feel, No-follow links do help !

No follow is good if you want only traffic to your site, they are the best way to generate traffic
