On which SEO techniques you focus more and more? On-Page or Off-Page SEO?

Hope you are well.
Very First thing we need to know that Google is more focusing on Ux(User Experience), that means we need to do On-Page as per the google On-Page Ranking factors. But it's not possible without backlinking your keywords and traffic will increase so again another important part is Off-Page, so for building Quality back links, you need to do hard work on Off-Page activities.
The conclusion is, Both are important.
Basically, we are focusing on Quality content and other important On-Page factors, and quality link building.
