According to my knowledge, the Contextual back link is the links to the external website that are placed within the primary content of a web page that comes naturally to the content.

Contextual backlinks are links to external websites that are placed within the main or primary content of a web page. Contextual backlinks come naturally within the content. They are not links that are placed within the navigation, sidebars, widgets, footer or ads.
