I worked too much to make dofollow links, after sometime I found my site's ranking is being dropped. Now I want to remove these unnatural links. I used disavow tool to remove these bad links but I think disavow tool does not work.

Suggest me other way to do this job effectively that works but except contact to website owner or webmaster.

You can do a SEO audit for your site to see the portion of your dofollow and nofollow and try to unfollow some unnatural links.

Go to the disavow links tool page,
Select your website,
Click Disavow links and
Click Choose file.

1. First create a list of bad or spam backlinks
2. Sent them link removal request mail
3. If they ask for money or don't remove your backlink then add them in a list of disavow file
4. submit that file via disavow tool in webmaster
