Off-shore dedicated server

For reasons I do not want to go into I am looking for an off-shore Windows Dedicated Server. To date I haven’t been able to find anything decent. Anyone been here before?

Look into opening up bank accounts in the virgin islands, etc. Then look for hosting companies in the same places that let you hide your money maybe??
