Start writing content around those keywords. Make sure to include them in the website URLs, description tags and article titles, close to their beginning.

The keywords and their synonyms should also be included in the actual text, of course. But don’t go chasing a specific keyword density, it won’t help. Google is smart enough to understand what your page is about by reading its content.
