We could Cache a forum site it is done by Search engine. When forum site not available on the net Google shows its Cache version.

After Posting answer, We have to submit the forum thread to search engine to index our links.

Well, we should cache all the backlinks URL for better ranking. When you submit your answer get the post URL and submit it to Google using the AddURL method.
