To revoke access to your account for certain users:

Sign in to your AdSense account.
In the left navigation panel, click Settings.
Click Access and authorization, then click User management.
Click the x button next to the user you want to remove.

1. Sign in to your AdSense account.
2. In the left navigation panel, click Settings.
3. In the "Account information" section, click cancel account.
4. Review the information on the "Cancel account" page

You have to signing your adsense account and remove it from setting page.

Click on the above link, fill the form and submit.

it’s the only way you can delete your disapproved adsense account.
