I recommend you to build a new website, because blacklisted issue never fixed completely.

Hi

Visit the Sucuri SiteCheck website and enter your website URL.
Click Scan Website.
If the site is infected, note any payloads and file locations found by SiteCheck.
Click Blacklist Status to see if you are blacklisted by other authorities.

Can you please specify where your website has been blacklisted? If you will check the blacklist check on the MXToolbox then you will get all the details where the site is blacklisted with the reason and you will get link too where you can remove the blacklisting. Please make sure you will have to take all the actions which are mentioned for removing the blacklisting.
