Internal Links refer to the linking structure of own website, i.e linking between webpages of one site while inbound links are the incoming links or third party links pointing to our site.

Internal links: These links are present inside your website's structure, that points to some other object e.g: anchor texts or page which is also existing on the same. Another variation of internal links are Outbound links, which points to websites having a different domain.

Inbound Links: Inbound links are links pointing towards your webpage. It's like someone refering your website from any webpage source other than your's.These are also called backlinks.

Links to one page on a domain to another page in the same domain is known as internal linking.
Inbound links are third party links that point to your website, thus increasing link popularity of your site.
