I think you should first analyze the backlinks and contact the administrator of the website from where you got the bad links. Ask them to remove your links from their website. If they don't respond or don't remove the website link then you need to take help of Google Disavow Tool. Create a text file with all the links which are not removed by the bad link website administrator and submit the file in Google Disavow link removal tool.
