Google Sitelinks are links shown below some of Google's search results, are meant to help users navigate your site. Google's system analyzes the link structure of your site to find shortcuts that will save users time and allow them to quickly find the information they're looking for.

Google Sitelinks are hyperlinks to website subpages that appear under certain Google listings in order to help users navigate the site.

Google sitelinks are a deluxe listing format that presents a main search result, followed by two or more indented Sitelink results.

Google Sitelinks are some internal links from the first SERP result which Google finds useful for the people. They are normally displayed under the first SERP result. Google displays it in different formats. However, Google changed the way they show the site links in the SERPs. Google Sitelinks are the links that appear under the website link on Google SERPs. Nothing to do with Sitelinks as they are controlled by Google.
