Here the list i think

1.Ahrefs
Used for: Research and Analysis
Most people think of Ahrefs as a powerful “backlink checker” tool. But that's just one of many things that you can have
This gives you a keyword’s search volume (global or country), SERP overview and position history, related keyword ideas, and the difficulty level.

2. SEM rush
- Easily uncover your competitors organic rankings
- Check top performing pages for winning content ideas
- Quickly identify the keywords with the highest traffic potential
- Find thousands of competitors using a single seed URL

And more.

4. Serpscribe
SERPScribe is "one of kind" cloud based on SEO app that contains All-in-one solution you need for SEO. You can:

I think each of them are best at their own place. The user's perspective make some of them more used while some less used. Each of them are best!
