I always address that the length of title tag is displayed on Google search is 55 characters and descriptions Tags 155 characters long but it is not necessary, you can exceed title tag to 70 characters long and descriptions Tags 165 characters long. It depends on you, if your sentence are not completed then exceed, no issue.
