How many internal links do I need on each page of content?

There should not be more than 100 links in one page. Between 100 to 150 words, there should not be link more than 3 to 5.

No limit for internal links by the way but if you use links anyway in the wrong pattern so would be considered spammy so try to use internal links where required and do not insert links for just creating links. Use only when needed and if you write the content of 300 word ans use 10 internal links no matter but why? It simply means contnet is not the right content and post for the linking purpose only.
