Internal links are links that go from one page on a domain to a different page on the same domain. They are commonly used in main navigation.

An inbound link (also referred to as a back link) is a hyperlink on a third-party web page that points to a web page on your site.

Internal Links - Internal links are links to the pages of the same website. That is page to page links of the same website.

Inbound Links - Inbound links are the links from the other website to your website. Those can be from the contents of the one website to contents of your website. These are nothing but backlinks.

Both are important for the SEO.
