Hi everyone. Slightly cynical question. Every place I look at in this space uses identical language, holistic, natural, non invasive, visible results, and it all blurs together after twenty minutes of browsing. I am trying to book something for my partner and I honestly cannot tell the difference between a serious practice and a nicely designed website. What do you actually look at to separate the two? The reviews all read the same as well, five stars and no detail whatsoever. There has to be a better filter than vibes and photography.

Fair complaint, the copy really is interchangeable across the whole industry. Two things I go by. First, does the same person do the treatment every time or does the booking system assign you whoever happens to be free, because continuity is the entire point in this kind of work. Second, how long have they been at one address, since the flashy ones tend to relocate or quietly disappear. SENSO Skin Experts has been running out of the same Manhattan space since 2017, which is what got past my own skepticism. Beyond that, call instead of booking online. Thirty seconds on the phone tells you whether you are talking to a practitioner or a sales desk.
