Games Clan

I am part of a Counterstrike clan which has outgrown the technology we are using. I think we need a dedicated server but none of us knows anything about setting one up. Are there any companies out there that will take us by the hand and lead us through it? Any recommendations would be much appreciated. We really don't know what we are doing!
