Unmanaged VPS: 30GB SSD Storage, 4GB RAM, 2 vCPU, 3 IPv4 addresses
Hopefully looking to pay $25/month

$25 for 4GB VPS is a very decent price. Hostnamaste has a very low reputation on the market. You can try ethernet servers or known host.
