most of company work like a mediators they are just a reseller of some one, and their hosting support also questionable......
Yes u r right there are various company that provide hosting support but their service are questionable . But now a days market is open and it depend on customer how how one can deal with the company.
Free hosting are really tricky. Yes you can save money, however there are some hidden agreements that you really have to check before signing up for one.
