If any one new to run website should go for free hosting services first. When they get familiar with all the functionality, they can switch to paid services.

Free hosting ... I'm not sure in its reliability.
The main reason would be because they cannot afford paid hosting. Sometime students working on projects need hosting and they cannot afford to pay. This is where free hosting comes in handy.Quote:

Affordable or free actually refers to Quality services for reasonable rates or the price which you can afford. The best possible services for cheap prices i can say.. Many people do look for Affordable services as of now the cost has been raised and cant afford at all.
