If you are looking for quality hosting for your business - stay away from the under $10 hosting, overselling or otherwise. If you are looking for shared hosting, something around $20 should give you a decent hosting from non overseller that doesn't put too many sites on the same server. Something like Liquidweb would be good for a business site.
Taking into account your needs, I'd highly recommend HostDepot.com and their Linux shared hosting accounts.
Their rates are really affordable and you really should take a look at them if you want to create a site or transfer from an old host!
