Looking for a shared or reseller Windows Hosting Account

I am looking for a Windows hosting company who have at least this:

1. DisK Space: At least 1500
2. Unlimited Emails. (Hope the Emails Quota don't be a part of the disk space)
3. Multiple domains in one account (at least 5 or 10)
4. MsSQL, MySQL, Access. (Hope Unlimited Data Bases)
5. ODBC
6. Price: $150 - $200 anually
7. Multiple FTP Accounts
8. Control Panel. (hope Each Domain have their own cpanel)
9. Webmail
10. Static Ip or Shared.
11. PHP - ASP - ASP.NET Support
12. PreInstalled Scripts (like PhpBB and that stuff)
13. I hope it have spanish Support, If not, no matter :)
14. Chat Support ( I recommend this, because I will change my actual host service because they seems not to respond the Emails :( and a chat support is instantly)
15. Statistics

I think that's all I need !!! :p

Yes, I agree. You should go for a reseller account for those high requirements. However, I don't think you will get an offer from a reliable hosting company for the price range you have specified.
