How to get a negative review off of the first page of Google?

I recently had a consumer put a completely bogus complaint on complainstboard.[com] Now any time you Google my company name. This one complaint shows up on the first page in multiple spots.

I understand that it can't be erased, but slowly pushed off the 1st page by replacing it by other content.
