having same domain name with our target keyword can be hit by emd update. we should not use keyword in domain

The EMD Update for Exact Match Domain is a filter Google launched in September 2012 to prevent poor quality sites from ranking well simply because they had words that match search terms in their domain names.

EMD is Exact Match domain. if your site domain name is like competitive keywords name, it's called Exact Match Domain which is not useful to get good rank in google search engine because google don't like Exact Match Domain neme. Domain name should good brand name site.
