Pay-Per-Click (PPC) means you pay for every click through to your website after signing up for a pay-per-click- program such as Google AdWords.
PTC stands for paid-to-click. This is completely different from PPC program. The advertiser will pay the viewer certain amount for clicking and viewing the advertisement.

PPC stands for Pay Per Click... it is basically pay on ads of clicks you can say it is based on click search engine on other hand PTC stands for paid to click.This is completely different from PPC program. PPC stands for pay per click, when the user click on your ads a fix amount has been charged from your account. You pay for each click. But PTC is a different marketing staratgey in PTC the publisher encourage the user to click on ads by offering them offers to earn money or other things.

PPC= pay per click which means you pay a particular amount for every click your campaign gets.
PTC= pay to click , which I think belongs to those low-paying networks that pay you to click.
