As I think that the majority of webmasters prefer to use Google search instead of Yahoo but Yahoo is very good in the speed of indexing the back links. Otherwise to say who is good is difficult because both are fine on their places.

Accordingly to all Google is best but we don't say that yahoo is worst. The most effective difference between them that is Google have so many tools and very easy to use.
In my view Google is best due to its searching options, huge amount of data liberaries books etc etc.
