PHP scripting language is mainly deals with the server side. However, this is not what it was originally designed for as it was meant to be used in web development for the creation of dynamic web pages.

According to me Adobe Photoshop is the best one. I myself use it.

You need to buy the whole Adobe CS5 suite, it has very many useful tools even you won't believe it - Fireworks is a toy compared with Photoshop.

Mostly designer used adobe photoshop and I used it too, because it is a very good software and you can find it's registered or crack version free of cost on internet. The need is to just proper search.

Adobe Dreamweaver is the best. I always use this software for website designing. It is one of the easy software to use. All the features are user-friendly that anyone can easily understand and implement it.

I also like web designing. The main softwares which i use for designing is the adobe photoshop ,adobe dream weaver,wamp server .I am not a professional designer.But i know that and now i am doing my first music page.

Dreamweaver is one of the best designing tool that provide a interface to design a web page one can get access without having a knowledge of HTML tags..

you can use Fireworks or open source graphical software like GIMP , which i use to design my cms theme/ website and use Dreamweaver or Aptana studio to develop the site. There are many software/ tool available these days as "bill the Builder" mentions
