Years ago, black hat SEO made this possible. There are link farming websites that post back links with no content on them. They were banned by Google when they were found out. This included links that are "hidden" in a website.

Without content you can't able to do better SEO. Content is the crucial part of SEO which help search engine to determine the quality of backlinks and page.
