As per my knowledge and experience if you put the space after comma or not will not have any effects on your meta keywords. As you have provided your keywords but I think its not in proper manner, you should use specific keywords for specific page, means page specification must be there in your keyword. If you want to check that your keywords are good or powerful then you can check it by comparing it with your competitors website.
I normally use a single keyword or key phrase like windows VPS, Linux VPS, Windows hosting, VPS hosting.These keywords help a lot in getting a good amount of traffic.

Yeah you are right..The Keywords which you have targeted are really high-competitive keywords.Please write the less competitive key phrases for better results.Hope you got my point of saying!!!
