I would suggest you not to post 1 article on twenty site. It could be an duplicate issue rather than posting in 20 sites go for 5 High PR sites.

You can if you post original, fresh and good quality content. Spun articles are not always good since it's rife with bad grammar and bad sense.

one article posting on many sites is an old technique and its not working now. Because there is no sense to provide same information on many websites.
