Did you get your files? I don't think you will get a refund from them. Transfer to a better hosting company.
I had my domain registered with Go Daddy and site files hosted at 1plan/webhostplus/ihosting/?
I publish fom my local files so I didn't lose anything. What's interesting is now that I am hosted on Go Daddy my 50 to 100 spam messages a day dropped to
0 or 1 a day. I still have another domain name only registered with 1planhost. That sould be fun to transfer.
I registered my domain name with 1planhost. and hosted the website with them also.
the website is down from sevral days. i don't know why !!!
i got email from 1palnhost saying that the are going to close! and i need to download all my data from the server in 2 weeks !!
i register with another hosting server but i can't move my domain name to the new hosting server !! i need to change the DNS of my domain name! and i don't know how to do it!!!
any one can help me with this??
I'm in the same boat. I've been sending an email a day to 1planhost's tech support and have yet to receive a response. If anybody has any advice, I'd be glad to hear it.Quote:
