Google Webmaster tool, aherf, backlink watch, seosmalltool, etc... are available, but best in it google webmaster tool its all suggestion gives you.

There are Free Tools Available for Back Links Check like Small Seo Tools, Backlink Watch, Ahrefs Etc But Free Version Will not So Much relevant to get Proper Back-link For that You need to purchase paid tools for better report.
