From what I can see in this thread, most of the replies are coming from the provider itself, so it’s a bit hard to judge real user experience here.
In general, hosting marketed with terms like “offshore” or “DMCA ignored” can sound attractive, but in reality no provider is completely immune to upstream pressure, datacenter policies, or repeated abuse complaints. That’s something a lot of people overlook when choosing a host.
