If you want to get your site indexed soon, then you need to make sitemap.xml and post that xml file through "google webmaster tool". After this step book mark your site in social bookmarking sites. You should post artical also. Artical posting not only help to get indexed but to promote your site also.

There is only two things matter for getting your page index. One Building link with relevant sites and second is building links with high quality sites.

Forum posting the fastest way to get indexed it is my opinion because i dont know too much about it.

Flash can hurt ranking. If you create entire site from flash, it would be a problem. But still if you follow Google guideline for flash , you can create HTML version of the flash page and allow users to choice flash or HTML entering the site.

target the high traffic and high pr sites and building up your links there, in this way you can indexed faster.

Google as a bot cannot read flash animations. Its better to avoid flash intros unless its a small banner or some thing.
Submitting social media websites would speed up indexing.

if your link has a quality link then it is a great chance to get index quickly.

If the entire site is in flash and then or if your navigation is in flash. search engines need to be able to see the links in order to crawl and index them.
