Good post! I agree with your selections. But Fireworks is my personal favorite for making web buttons and web graphics. Firebug looks cool and i also prefere photoshop it is good for Design a website it have many tools and filter to make graphic more attractive.

I suggest you to use Dreamweaver.. I am php web developer and have skills of adobe photoshop.. And I am also using Adobe Dreamweaver as well..

I am using Dreamweaver and bootstrap. Both are best tool for web design. If you are one of those designers who build a website on top of bootstrap, then this is for you. You will find the best implementations of framework.

I prefer Dreamweaver which is the best web editing tool, but if you want more editing tool also try these.
1) Notepad++.
2) Netbeans.
3) Sublime 2.0.
4) HTML- Kit

notepad++ is used for concatenation purpose because is inbuilt in your system. Dreamweaver and Photoshop is the best tool for webdesign.

All depends on your own skill level. For beginners MS Expressions is great, You have Dreamweaver as well. Just stay away from MS Frontpage. Me myself I use php Designer and photoshop. I code HTML though so I dont need the designer part.

Wordpress is an oldie but a goodie. Wordpress is free but the domain name and web hosts cost $5 per month. It is user-friendly and is a good starting point for beginners. If you are a seasoned Wordpress user, you already know of its reliability. There are negatives to Wordpress, just like anything else. I know that some Wordpress users have had there sites hacked.
