I'm looking for a web hosting plan that has:
- Low fee,
- lots of space available.
- Easy to use to design my store. I can add flash if I want.
- Offers a shopping cart
-Help with shipping and handling prices

As I see this company provides low-cost hosting services and some free bonuses are available from them as well.

@OP: on the WHT there is the section for the requests/ I would recommend put it there and see what other companies will offer you.

I believe ServerPoint.com may provide you what you search for. They offer zendcart hosting in their plans. Huge space and bandwidth... everything you want.
