Looking for Web Hosting Recommendation

I am certainly new to this forum. Actually I have my web application created in Slim PHP Framework integrated with few external API's like GTMatrix and Webpagetest. Previously hosted this app on bluehost and face alot of issues of downtime and incomplete Api responses. Sometimes it shows 500 errors. I heard good reviews about Cloudways managed hosting for speed and 24/7 human support. They have DigialOcean, Linode and AWS. I am looking for advices and recommendation for which provider should I choose on Cloudways? If anybody tried it and satisfied help me on it.

I've been using WP Engine for a long time now. They've been top notch with a strong uptime. Also, WPX Hosting is a great alternative but at a cheap point of sale. I won't prefer shared hosting for high traffic websites and blog. But they surely work for low traffic starter sites.
