I don't think its a great idea to change hosting so often. In some cases when you transfer files to new host you need to redirect URL which isn't good in perspective of SEO

Yeah I think ParveenK is right changing your web servers quite often isn't good.
Changing the hosting does not impact SEO unless you get a faster hosting, that will surely improve your ranking in the long run
