It's no problem. No matters what kind of computer system (Windows, Mac, Linux etc) you used, you still can use linux web hosting. What you need is FTP software to upload your website files from your computer to your web hosting.

Host gator is the best for website hosting. I am using host gator hosting services from last 2 years, but it's working very fine for me. I am using hosting service of 3 different companies, but host gator is the best.

Linux web hosting can be used irrespective of the kind of computer system used. However, you would have to go for FTP software for uploading website files from the computer.
