Never heard of them. There are other more popular cheap hosting providers, just google and you will find them.
You are not going to get any feedback about such small companies. Go with a realible company. Shared hosting is anyway cheap.
Hosting has a direct impact on your website so don't try save money on this part. Because if your hosting goes down, all your efforts will be useless.
